\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9 de l&rsquo;imagination de Aline Schurgers et Val\u00e9rie Lebrun, deux formatrices et consultantes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la gestion du stress qui voulaient donner un autre \u00e9lan \u00e0 leurs interventions, ce jeu collaboratif a pour objectif d\u2019amener les participants \u00e0 diversifier leurs strat\u00e9gies de gestion du stress pour r\u00e9tablir et maintenir un \u00e9quilibre entre les ressources et les contraintes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une ambiance ludique, ce jeu mobilise tous les participants autour de la table, soit pour un membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui souhaite \u201cbalancer son stress\u201d (version Tous pour un), soit pour permettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019ajuster son fonctionnement de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 diminuer le stress (version Un pour tous).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autour d\u2019un grand plateau de jeu, l\u2019\u00e9quipe passera par :<br>\u00b7 Des moments d\u2019exp\u00e9riences concr\u00e8tes (corporelles, mentales, cr\u00e9atives, mises en situation, etc.) ;<br>\u00b7 Des apprentissages gr\u00e2ce aux apports pertinents et actualis\u00e9s de recherche scientifique \u00e0 propos de la gestion du stress ;<br>\u00b7 Des partages d\u2019exp\u00e9riences pour enrichir chaque personne \u00e0 partir des situations v\u00e9cues.<br>C\u2019est donc une v\u00e9ritable aventure collective que nous vous proposons, o\u00f9 les participants sont mis dans une d\u00e9marche active et activante pour gravir ensemble les \u00e9tapes vers un vrai eldorado contemporain : balancer son stress !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objectifs :<br>\u00b7 \u00c9largir ses strat\u00e9gies pour pr\u00e9venir et g\u00e9rer son stress<br>\u00b7 S\u2019enrichir de l\u2019apport de chaque participant<br>\u00b7 Co-construire en s\u2019amusant<br>\u00b7 Apprendre \u00e0 propos de la gestion du stress en th\u00e9orie et en pratique<br>\u00b7 Exp\u00e9rimenter ensemble de nouvelles techniques adapt\u00e9es aux
